My Character: Haku. :D

Hi guys!
I decided I'm gonna make a Haku char. I need your opinions on this, I just want you to tell me how to improve.

Don't tell me there's no pics, Ik there isn't, I just want you to tell me about the char first, cause the pics are easy.

Haku

One Handed Hand Seals.
Haku blocks one of the oppoenents hands, a making it easy for him to
attack. One enemy takes 10 more damage from skills for 3 turns. During
this time, that enemy is stunned when hit with 1000 Needles of Death
and Senbon Throw changes into its alternate effect.

Coodown: 3
Chakra: 1 Bloodline.

Crystal Ice Mirrors.
Haku traps one enemy inside his Ice Mirrors for 3 turns. During this
time, that enemy takes 5 more damage from Haku's skills and they take
15 damage per turn. Haku gains 20 points of damage reduction and
any enemy that attacks Haku with a melee attack becomes effected
by Crystal Ice mirrors.

Cooldown: 3
Chakra: 1 Nin, 1 Blood.

1000 Needles of Death.
Haku creates Water Needles dealing 15 piercing damage to one enemy.
During Crystal Ice Mirrors, this skill changes to Senbon Throw.

Cooldown: None
Chakra: 1 Tai

Outstanding Speed.
This skill makes Haku invulnerable for 1 turn.

Cooldown: 4

Senbon Throw.
All enemies effected by Crystal Ice Mirrors take 10 affliction
damage. They deal 7 less damage for 1 turn.
Alternate: All enemies effected by Crystal Ice Mirrors take 5
affliction damage and are stunned for 1 turn.

Cooldown: 1
Chakra: 1 Nin.

Well actually, he was pretty powerful.
He was more powerful than Zabuza, Zab said it himself.
He was also stronger than Kakashi.
I think this Haku is a lil op too, but you didn't tell me how to improve, you didn't tell me the skill(s) that were op...
